At Rowley’s Red Barn we stand behind the quality and or taste of our products. If there is any problem with your order or you just simply don’t like what you ordered, we will do whatever it takes to make it right.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Department at 801-754-5511 within 10 business days to inform us about your dissatisfaction with our product and to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Refunds will be given as in-store credit unless otherwise requested no more than 5 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise.
We ask that you keep the original box that your order came in as well as your invoice or packaging slip, this way we can insure that the return is a swift and smooth process.
